Shreeshay Engineers Ltd reported a weak set of numbers for H1 FY26 (Apr–Sept 2025). Revenue from operations fell to ₹151.35 lakhs from ₹172.17 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of about 12% year-on-year. Total income dropped to ₹161.27 lakhs from around ₹186 lakhs. Profit after tax collapsed to just ₹4.50 lakhs from ₹23.12 lakhs in the year-ago period — an ~80% fall — while EPS slipped to ₹0.14 from ₹0.72. Profit before tax margin shrank sharply from roughly 16% to under 4%. The auditor (B.B. Gusani & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Shareholders should note a double whammy — falling top line combined with a sharp drop in profitability and a swing to negative operating cash flow (–₹31.05 lakhs vs +₹45.63 lakhs last year). This points to weakening business momentum and tighter cash generation, which is likely to weigh on the stock in the near term.
