Shreyans Industries has announced its 46th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at its registered office in Ludhiana. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Thursday 6 August to Wednesday 12 August 2026 for the AGM and payment of FY 2025-26 dividend, if declared. Remote e-voting opens on 8 August at 9:00 AM and closes on 11 August at 5:00 PM via CDSL. Cutoff date is 5 August 2026. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 has been sent electronically to shareholders.
Book closure from 6 to 12 August. Shareholders must hold shares by 5 August cutoff to vote at AGM and receive any declared dividend.
