Shri Bajrang Alliance (operating Goeld Frozen Foods and a Steel Division) shared its Q1 FY26 investor presentation highlighting strong growth in both businesses. The Steel Division posted turnover of Rs 77.94 crore in Q1 FY26, up sharply from Rs 49.55 crore in Q1 FY25, with consolidated sales volume of 14,415 MT. The Agro Division (Goeld Frozen Foods) reported export expansion into Japan, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, benefiting from zero-duty access to the UK under the India-UK FTA, which the company said enables margin expansion. Two new SKUs were launched (Aloo Onion Kulcha and French Fries 400g). On the financials, standalone PAT jumped to Rs 249.15 lacs from Rs 34.75 lacs YoY, and consolidated PAT rose to Rs 857.53 lacs from Rs 695.82 lacs, with consolidated EPS at Rs 9.70 (vs Rs 7.73 YoY). Promoters hold 63.97% and public 36.03% as of 31 March 2025.
Positive for shareholders – strong YoY profit growth in both divisions, expanding export footprint, and the UK FTA benefit could support margins going forward. Standalone revenue declined YoY despite profit growth, suggesting margin-led improvement rather than topline expansion.
