The Board of Shri Balaji Valve Components Ltd, at its meeting on 26 August 2025, approved the re-appointment of two promoter family directors for a 5-year term starting 31 July 2026 and ending 30 July 2031. Mr. Laxmikant Sadashiv Kole (59) will continue as Chairman and Managing Director; he has been on the board since November 2011 and brings around 32 years of experience in the valve components industry. Mr. Shrinivas Laxmikant Kole (31), son of the CMD, will continue as Whole Time Director and also holds the CFO position; he was first appointed as an Additional Director in May 2023. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting.
