Shri Keshav Cements and Infra reported strong Q1 FY26 results with Total Income rising 32.53% YoY to Rs. 41.40 Cr (vs Rs. 31.24 Cr in Q1 FY25). EBITDA grew 29% to Rs. 10.41 Cr, translating to an EBITDA margin of 25.57%. Profit After Tax surged 73.6% to Rs. 3.09 Cr, with diluted EPS at Rs. 1.77 (up 74%). Growth was driven by robust cement demand, improved capacity utilization from a new kiln plant operational since March 2025, and steady solar power contributions. The company manufactures cement and generates solar power in Karnataka, supplying brands Jyoti Power, Jyoti Gold, and Keshav Cement across North Karnataka, Coastal Karnataka, Goa, and parts of Maharashtra and Kerala.
Positive for shareholders — strong double-digit revenue growth and nearly 74% jump in profit signal operational momentum following the recent capacity expansion (capacity tripled to 1 Million TPA). The new kiln plant and 100% solar-powered operations position the company well for continued growth in FY26.
