Shri Keshav Cements and Infra Limited published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 in Financial Express and Hasiru Kranti newspapers, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Total revenue from operations rose to Rs 3,869.14 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs 2,904.40 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a 33% year-on-year jump. Net profit after tax for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 68.51 lakhs versus Rs 63.89 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. On a nine-month basis, the company swung to a profit of Rs 323.45 lakhs from a loss of Rs 176.11 lakhs in 9M FY25, with sales, EBITDA and dispatches growing 37%, 56% and 43% respectively. EBITDA margin expanded by 14% YoY for the nine-month period, and EPS improved to Rs 1.85 versus a loss of Rs 1.01 in the prior period.
This is a clear turnaround story for shareholders, with the company returning to profit on a 9-month basis and showing strong double-digit growth across sales, EBITDA and volumes alongside expanding margins. The operational improvement and mention of global expansion plans could be viewed positively by the market.
