Shricon Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 30, 2026, recommended the appointment of M/s Birla and Associates, Chartered Accountant (FRN: 019911C) as the company's statutory auditor for a consecutive period of five years from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. CA Dipesh Birla, the assigned auditor, has over 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and various audit types (Statutory, System, Concurrent, Internal, and Taxation) and previously worked with Fortis Group, Mumbai. This is being disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
