Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited reported strong financial performance for FY26 ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations grew 57% to Rs 22,458 million from Rs 14,298 million in FY25. Profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs 1,155 million from Rs 611 million, representing 89% PAT growth. However, the company faced significant working capital stress with negative operating cash flow of Rs 2,817 million, primarily due to a massive surge in inventories (up Rs 2,114 million) and trade receivables (up Rs 1,506 million). The company completed its IPO in September 2025, raising Rs 4,005 million, and raised borrowings to Rs 1,793 million. Statutory auditors TR Chadha & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results.
While revenue and profit growth are impressive, the deeply negative operating cash flow raises concerns about working capital management and future liquidity. Shareholders should monitor whether the company can convert its profits into cash and manage its growing inventory and receivable levels.
