Shriram Properties expects Rs 600 cr revenue from upcoming JV project in Bengaluru

Shriram Properties signed a Joint Development Agreement for a 9.1-acre land parcel at Doddagubbi in North-East Bengaluru to develop a 6.7 lakh sq ft housing project with an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 600 crore. The project is expected to be launched during the current financial year. The company did not disclose the name of the landowner.
