Shriram Properties reported record FY '26 performance with revenue of INR1,357 crores (up 39% YoY) and net profit of INR101 crores (up 30%), crossing the INR100 crore milestone for the first time. Q4 was particularly strong with revenue of INR663 crores (up 55%) and net profit of INR79 crores (up 65%). The company delivered record handovers of 3,465 units and all-time high collections of INR1,661 crores. Balance sheet remains robust with debt-to-equity at 0.3x (among lowest in sector), net debt of INR438 crores, and total available liquidity of over INR520 crores. Management guided FY '27 with sales volume of 5-5.5 million sq ft, sales value of INR3,300-3,500 crores, and expects performance to be stronger than FY '26. The company entered Pune market and resolved long-pending Kolkata land matter, strengthening future growth pipeline.
