Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation held its 35th AGM on September 24, 2025 via video conferencing, attended by 53 members and chaired by Shri Kumar Shankar Datta. The company reported a standalone and consolidated turnover of Rs. 87.12 crores for FY25, down from Rs. 101.25 crores and Rs. 115.38 crores respectively in the previous year. However, net losses narrowed sharply to Rs. 9.65 crores (standalone) and Rs. 9.61 crores (consolidated) from Rs. 51+ crores, mainly due to lower finance costs after repaying bank loans. The company highlighted its Shristi Nagar integrated township projects at Guwahati and Asansol, along with new projects at Rajarhat, Krishna Nagar, and a warehouse at Ranigunj. Statutory auditors gave a qualified opinion on the financial statements. All four resolutions, including re-appointment of Managing Director Sunil Jha and appointment of new secretarial auditor M/s M & A Associates, were passed with requisite majority.
Shareholders should note that while revenues declined year-on-year, the substantial reduction in losses signals improving financial health, though the qualified audit opinion raises some concerns. New project launches in Asansol and ongoing township developments could support future revenue growth.
