Shukra Bullions Ltd reported standalone unaudited results for Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 38.25 lakhs, sharply higher than Rs 15.27 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (up ~150%). For 9M FY26, revenue rose to Rs 74.31 lakhs from Rs 47.67 lakhs in 9M FY25, a growth of about 56%. The company turned around from a Q3 loss of Rs 1.11 lakhs to a small profit of Rs 0.44 lakhs. However, 9M FY26 profit fell to Rs 3.50 lakhs from Rs 7.28 lakhs in 9M FY25, a decline of roughly 52%, indicating significant margin compression. EPS for the period was Rs 0.01. The company operates in a single segment and statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report.
The headline revenue growth is strong, but profitability is weak and shrinking — 9M operating margin dropped from about 15% to under 5%, and absolute profits were cut nearly in half despite higher sales. For shareholders, the very small absolute numbers and thinning margins signal a fragile, micro-cap business with limited earnings power.
