Shukra Jewellery Ltd held its 34th Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2025 via video conferencing. Three resolutions were put to vote through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM. All three were passed with overwhelming majority: (1) adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended 31 March 2025 was approved with 99.99% votes in favour (13,71,400 vs 100 against); (2) re-appointment of Mrs. Mayuri Chandrakant Shah as director (retiring by rotation) was approved with 97.62% in favour (13,38,900 vs 32,600 against); and (3) appointment of CS Kishor Dudhatra as secretarial auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 was approved with 97.71% in favour (13,40,100 vs 31,400 against). Total of 21,229 shareholders were on record, but only 12 shareholders holding 13,71,500 shares (about 10.10% of paid-up capital) participated in voting. 34 shareholders attended via video conferencing (5 promoters and 29 public).
All AGM resolutions passed comfortably with near-unanimous promoter support, reflecting routine governance matters. Low public participation (around 1.56% of public non-institutional shares voted) means no meaningful retail dissent. No material impact expected on the stock price.
