Promoters pay differential on 46.43 lakh warrants, price raised to Rs 35.56

Board confirmed receipt of Rs 0.39 per warrant differential (total about Rs 18.10 lakh) from 5 promoter group allottees after the warrant issue price was revised upward from Rs 34.00 to Rs 35.56 per warrant. This brings 46,43,000 warrants allotted on January 28, 2026 into full SEBI pricing compliance. Two allottees also paid an additional Rs 20.30 lakh as the 75 percent balance differential. The remaining 75 percent of the warrant issue price will be payable at the time of exercise or conversion into equity shares.
