Shyam Metalics reported FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs. 15,138 crore (up 15% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs. 2,097 crore (up 21.2% YoY), while Q4 revenue grew 15% to Rs. 4,139 crore with EBITDA of Rs. 515 crore (up 17% YoY). Net profit for FY25 declined 11.6% due to one-time tax adjustments from the Mittal Corp acquisition. Management guided for FY27 revenue of Rs. 22,000-23,000 crore and EBITDA of Rs. 2,800-3,200 crore, calling it conservative. The company has completed 66% of its Rs. 10,025 crore CAPEX plan, with the remaining Rs. 3,000 crore to be spent largely in FY26. New launches include color-coded roofing sheets and B2C aluminum foil (SEL Tiger brand), while the Jamuria blast furnace is already at 100% capacity utilization.
Positive for shareholders — strong revenue and EBITDA growth, robust balance sheet with net cash of Rs. 1,062 crore, and a clear multi-year growth roadmap in aluminum and stainless steel value-added products. The conservative FY27 guidance suggests potential upside if execution remains on track, and the final dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share signals steady shareholder returns.
