Shyam Metalics reported its consolidated sales update for February 2026. Carbon Steel volumes rose 7.88% YoY to 1,44,050 MT with realizations up 4.70% to Rs 45,800/MT. CR Coil/Sheets saw a sharp 169.15% YoY volume jump to 15,221 MT at 14.58% better realizations. Pig Iron volumes surged 75.36% YoY to 45,209 MT with realizations up 15.63%, while Pellets grew 30.67% YoY to 60,613 MT. On the weaker side, Aluminium Foil volumes fell 12.98% YoY and Sponge Iron volumes dropped 16.24% YoY. Stainless Steel volumes dipped 3.10% YoY. Realizations improved across all product categories on a YoY basis, indicating better pricing power despite mixed volume trends.
