The Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹7.16 lakhs from ₹5.76 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 24%. However, other income fell sharply to ₹3.15 lakhs from ₹7.13 lakhs, pulling total income down to ₹10.31 lakhs from ₹12.89 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹1.71 lakhs versus ₹1.43 lakhs last year. EPS was ₹0.01 (basic). The auditor (AO Mittal & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. Along with results, the company announced a complete leadership overhaul — Managing Director Samir Biswas and Executive Director Amit Paul both resigned, and were replaced by Rajib Singh (MD) and Dipak Kumar Das (ED). New Secretarial and Internal Auditors were also appointed.
Core business revenue is growing, but the company remains very small with single-digit-lakh revenues and a heavy dependence on other income. Investors should watch the simultaneous exit of both the MD and ED as a notable governance change. The 29th AGM is scheduled for September 15, 2025.
