The Board of Directors of Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd (formerly Shyama Infosys Ltd) met on 28th May 2025 and approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025. For FY25, total income rose to ₹43.17 lakhs from ₹38.65 lakhs in FY24, while net profit grew about 32% to ₹14.53 lakhs (from ₹10.99 lakhs), with EPS at ₹0.14 versus ₹0.11. Reserves turned positive at ₹3.13 lakhs compared to a negative ₹11.09 lakhs a year ago. For Q4 FY25 alone, net profit stood at ₹9.26 lakhs versus ₹7.84 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Statutory auditors A.O. Mittal & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Improved profitability and a turnaround to positive reserves are mildly positive signals for shareholders, though the company remains very small with revenue under ₹25 lakhs and negative operating cash flow, limiting material impact on the stock price.
