Siddha Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that M/s Dash M & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, has resigned as the Company's Secretarial Auditor with effect from 24th November 2025. The auditor had been appointed for a 5-year term starting FY 2025-26, but resigned before the assignment effectively began. The reason cited is failure to agree on the audit compensation/fees between the company and the auditor. The company has not yet announced a replacement secretarial auditor. The intimation has been signed by Nikita Agarwal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
An auditor resignation before even commencing the assignment over a fee dispute is a minor governance red flag for shareholders, as it suggests either internal cost-control friction or a strained relationship with the auditor. Siddha Ventures will need to appoint a new secretarial auditor soon to remain compliant with SEBI listing requirements.
