Sidh Automobiles Limited reported audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹342.70 lakhs, marginally up from ₹332.70 lakhs in FY24. Revenue from operations, however, dipped to ₹325.36 lakhs from ₹332.70 lakhs. Profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹15.14 lakhs from ₹1.24 lakhs in FY24, helped significantly by a nil current tax provision and a small deferred tax credit. Basic EPS improved to ₹0.05 from ₹0.004. Statutory auditor Sumit Ranka & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on the standalone results. Notably, net cash flow from operating activities worsened to ₹(28.66) lakhs versus ₹(1.72) lakhs in the previous year, indicating operating cash burn.
The huge jump in PAT is largely a tax-effect artefact rather than core operating improvement, since revenue was flat-to-down and operating cash flow turned more negative. Shareholders should view this as optically strong earnings but operationally weak, with cash generation a concern.
