Siemens Energy India reported strong H1 FY26 results with order backlog growing 22.2% to ₹184.3 billion and revenue up 26.8% to ₹43.1 billion year-on-year. Profit from operations improved 160 basis points to 20.7%, while PAT rose 43.8% to ₹6.9 billion. Both segments showed robust performance: Power Transmission revenue grew 27.5% with margin expansion to 21.3%, and Power Generation revenue increased 23.3% with stable 20.3% margins. The company announced ₹28 billion in new manufacturing investments, including a greenfield transformer factory. Export contribution increased from 23.5% to 28.5%, diversifying the revenue mix geographically.
Strong execution and margin improvement signal operational efficiency gains. The 22% order backlog growth provides revenue visibility, while the ₹28 billion capex commitment indicates confidence in demand outlook tied to India's energy infrastructure buildout.
