Siemens Energy India has informed the exchanges that Friday, January 30, 2026, has been set as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend for Financial Year 2024-25, subject to declaration at the upcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid from Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to shareholders holding equity shares (face value Rs. 2 each) in either electronic or physical form as on the record date.
