Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Germany and Siemens Metals Technologies Vermoegensverwaltungs GmbH (both promoter/promoter group members) have together sold 17,806,025 equity shares (about 5.00% of equity capital) to Siemens Energy Holding B.V. (Acquirer 1, promoter) and Siemens Energy Investment B.V. (Acquirer 2, deemed promoter group member). The transaction is an off-market inter-se transfer within the promoter group, executed on 16 December 2025. As a result, Acquirer 1's stake rose from 1.00% to 6.00%, Seller 1's stake fell from 18.00% to 16.30%, and Seller 2's stake dropped to nil. Total promoter group holding remains unchanged at 75.00% both before and after the transaction.
