SIGMA ADVANCED SYSTEMS LIMITED has informed the Exchange about General Updates- Intimation Relating To Appointment Of Directors Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited (formerly Megasoft Limited) has appointed two new Additional Directors with effect from March 16, 2026. The first is Amb. Dr. Venkata Nagendra Prasad Thatipamula as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a period of 5 years; he is a retired Indian Foreign Service officer who last served as Ambassador of India to Kazakhstan. The second is Mr. Kartheek Raju Chintalapati as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director; he is a second-generation entrepreneur at iLabs Group with experience in pharmaceuticals, defence, energy, and investments. The Board has also approved a Postal Ballot Notice to regularize these appointments along with that of Lt Gen Raju Somashekar Baggavalli (appointed January 16, 2026). Both new appointees have been confirmed as not debarred by SEBI from holding director positions.
