Sigma Advanced Systems Limited (formerly Megasoft Limited) announced the results of its postal ballot voting conducted via remote e-voting from March 17 to April 15, 2026. Three resolutions were passed: appointment of Lt Gen Raju Somashekar Baggavalli as Independent Director (w.e.f. Jan 16, 2026), appointment of Amb. Dr. Venkata Nagendra Prasad Thatipamula as Independent Director (w.e.f. March 16, 2026), and appointment of Mr. Kartheek Raju Chintalapati as Non-Executive Director (w.e.f. March 16, 2026). Out of 176.24 million shares outstanding, 118.73 million votes were cast (67.37% turnout). All resolutions passed with overwhelming approval of 99.99% in favor and only 0.01% against.
