Signature Global reported a massive surge in FY26 net profit to INR 10.9 billion, a 979% jump from INR 1.01 billion in FY25, on revenue of INR 26.0 billion (up 4% from INR 25.0 billion). The company significantly strengthened its balance sheet, reducing net debt by 77% to a historic low of INR 2.0 billion while holding INR 27.70 billion in cash. Q4FY26 was particularly strong with revenue of INR 11.1 billion and PAT of INR 11.5 billion, up 113% and 1785% respectively year-on-year. Pre-sales stood at INR 82.5 billion with average sales realization rising to INR 15,250 per sq. ft. from INR 12,457. The company also entered commercial real estate via a strategic joint venture.
The sharp improvement in profitability and dramatic debt reduction signal strong operational efficiency and financial health, which should be positive for the stock. The high cash reserves and low debt position provide significant flexibility for future growth and project execution.
