Profit before tax rose to Rs 1,473 lakhs (vs Rs 790 lakhs, up ~86%), and net profit came in at Rs 1,071 lakhs (vs Rs 602 lakhs, up ~78%). For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue nearly doubled to Rs 11,959 lakhs (vs Rs 6,366 lakhs, ~88% growth), with net profit of Rs 1,915 lakhs (vs Rs 1,067 lakhs, ~80% growth). The auditor (Rao & Emmar) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, combined with margin expansion and robust cash generation, signals a positive quarter for shareholders. The stock may see positive momentum given the ~88% H1 revenue growth and ~80% PAT growth.
