Silicon Rental Solutions Ltd (SRSOLTD, Scrip Code: 543615) has informed BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 12th September 2025 to Thursday, 18th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The closure is for the purpose of the 09th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on 18th September 2025 and payment of dividend.
