Silly Monks Entertainment has undergone a complete change of control following the successful completion of an open offer by Mr. Satyapoorna Chander Yalamanchili, who has been classified as the new Promoter effective March 30, 2026. The previous promoter group has been reclassified as public shareholders. The entire board was reconstituted: the Managing Director (Tekulapalli Sanjay Reddy), Whole-Time Director (Anil Kumar Pallala), a Non-Executive Director, and two Independent Directors resigned, along with the CFO.
