Silver Oak (India) Limited reported its audited FY25 results on 29th May 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was nearly nil at ₹0.16 lakh versus ₹1.39 lakh last year, with a loss of ₹132.57 lakhs (slightly narrower than ₹156.24 lakhs in FY24). Critically, standalone other equity is deeply negative at ₹(1,187.18) lakhs, meaning shareholders' funds are completely eroded with total equity at ₹(808.16) lakhs. On a consolidated basis, total income fell to ₹155.95 lakhs from ₹219.43 lakhs, and the loss widened to ₹(106.11) lakhs from ₹(87.91) lakhs. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative (standalone: ₹(19.34) lakhs; consolidated: ₹(135.71) lakhs) compared to inflows in the prior year. The auditor's report uses "except for the possible effects of the matter described in the Basis for Opinion" language even though the company separately declared an "unmodified opinion."
The results point to serious financial weakness — standalone equity is fully eroded, losses persist, revenues are collapsing, and cash from operations has turned negative, raising genuine going-concern concerns. Shareholders should view this as a high-risk, distressed situation rather than a healthy operating story; the mismatch between the auditor's wording and the company's 'unmodified opinion' declaration also merits caution.
