Silver Oak (India) Limited reported un-audited results for Q1 FY26. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was nil and total income was just ₹0.15 lakhs, down from ₹0.39 lakhs in Q1 FY25. The standalone net loss widened to ₹43.38 lakhs from ₹37.26 lakhs a year ago, with EPS at ₹(1.14). Standalone reserves are deeply negative at ₹(1,187.18) lakhs, meaning accumulated losses exceed share capital and reserves. On a consolidated basis, total income fell to ₹18.72 lakhs from ₹24.78 lakhs, while net loss narrowed slightly to ₹30.29 lakhs from ₹43.00 lakhs, helped by a ₹13.08 lakh profit from subsidiary APT Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The statutory auditor Mahendra Badjatya & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report.
This is a very weak set of numbers for shareholders — the standalone business has virtually no revenue, is losing money every quarter, and its reserves are heavily negative, raising serious concerns about long-term viability. The stock is likely to be viewed negatively by investors, and small shareholders should be cautious.
