Silverstorm Parks IPO opens: Price band, GMP, and other key details

Silverstorm Parks has fixed a price band of Rs 123-133 per share for its IPO, open for public bidding from July 24 to July 28, with listing scheduled on the BSE SME platform on July 31. The integrated amusement destination operator aims to raise capital for developing a new Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre in Lucknow, expansion of its Kerala theme park, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. For FY25, the company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 3,100.12 lakh, EBITDA of Rs 1,655.89 lakh, and PAT of Rs 971.07 lakh, while grey market premium stood at zero.
