Simandhar Impex's board approved its Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 standalone financial results on 31st January 2026. Revenue from operations stood at zero for both the quarter and nine-month period, as the company has transferred its entire jewellery business into a subsidiary (Resulting Company) via a demerger scheme sanctioned by NCLT on 13 October 2025 and effective from 17 October 2025. The company posted a net loss of ₹5.27 lakhs for Q3 and ₹5.75 lakhs for 9M FY26, against nominal losses of ₹0.24 lakhs and ₹0.72 lakhs respectively in the prior-year periods. An exceptional item of ₹0.75 lakhs was recorded in Q3 FY26. The statutory auditor (M/s Bohara Shah & Co.) issued an unqualified review report on the results.
Post-demerger, the standalone entity shows no operating revenue, which materially affects how investors should value this stock. Shareholders received 3 equity shares of the newly listed Resulting Company for every 10 shares held, and should focus on the Resulting Company's listed performance from 22 December 2025 onward rather than this residual standalone entity.
