Simmonds Marshall has published newspaper notices on July 3, 2026 in Navshakti and Free Press Journal about transferring unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares to IEPF. Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013, the final dividend for financial year 2018-19 unclaimed for seven years will be credited to IEPF on or after October 20, 2026. Shares linked to seven consecutive years of unclaimed dividends will also transfer to IEPF demat account. Affected shareholders must claim by October 13, 2026 to avoid automatic transfer.
Shareholders with unclaimed FY2018-19 dividends must claim by October 13, 2026 or face transfer of their shares and dividend to IEPF thereafter.
