Simmonds Marshall Limited held its 65th AGM on September 23, 2025 via video conferencing, where all 7 resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority. Shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointed directors Mr. Imran M. Panju (retiring by rotation) and Mr. Navroze S. Marshall (Chairman & Managing Director, re-appointed for 3 years) and Mr. Panju again as Whole-Time Director for 3 years. An increase in remuneration for Mr. Navroze Marshall for FY 2025-26 was also approved. Joshi Apte & Associates were re-engaged as Cost Auditors and GMJ & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years (FY26-FY30). Of 1.12 crore total shares, 67.4 lakh shares (60.18%) were polled, with 99.9985% voting in favour across all resolutions and only 103 votes against.
