Simran Farms has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons from 1 July 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, ahead of the board considering standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the Q1 results are announced to the stock exchange. The board meeting date will be communicated later.
Routine compliance update. Insiders cannot trade till Q1 FY27 results are declared, reducing near-term insider activity.
