Sinnar Bidi Udyog's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 80.05 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 169.64 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and Rs. 148.43 lakhs in Q3 FY25, pushing the company back into a quarterly net loss of Rs. 7.14 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 7.41 lakhs a year ago. For the nine-month period, however, the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 23.50 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 8.63 lakhs in the corresponding period last year, aided by lower raw material costs. Nine-month revenue stood at Rs. 372.17 lakhs, marginally lower than Rs. 375.39 lakhs in 9M FY25. Separately, Independent Director Mr. Vijay Bankatlal Malpani resigned effective February 28, 2026, and Company Secretary Ms. Pratiksha Shah resigned with immediate effect from February 14, 2026.
The sharp Q3 revenue slump and return to a quarterly loss is a red flag, though the 9-month turnaround from loss to profit offers some relief. Two key resignations including the Compliance Officer may raise governance concerns for retail investors watching the stock.
