Disclosure of Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report of Postal Ballot as per Regulation 44 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd conducted a Postal Ballot that closed on 4th April 2025. Two special resolutions were passed unanimously with 100% votes in favor (13,797,000 votes). The first resolution approved the appointment of Mr. Bhuvnesh Kumar (DIN: 10581722) as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The second resolution regularized the appointment of Mr. Megha Bhavesh Maheshwari (DIN: 10270455) as a Whole Time Director, in which the promoter group was interested. Of the 21,789,212 outstanding shares, 63.32% were polled, with the promoter group contributing all 13,321,500 of their shares (100%), public institutions contributing 57.35% of their holding (234,000 shares), and public non-institutions voting just 2.99% of their eligible shares (241,500).
