The board of directors of Siyaram Recycling Industries, a BSE-SME listed maker of brass-based plumbing and sanitary components based in Jamnagar, approved its unaudited standalone financial results for H1 FY26 (six months ended September 30, 2025) on November 14, 2025. Total income stood at roughly Rs 26.59 crore against Rs 26.74 crore in H1 FY25, indicating broadly flat-to-slightly-lower revenues. Profit before exceptional items and tax was about Rs 1.37 crore (vs Rs 2.21 crore a year ago), but a sizeable exceptional item pulled the company into a loss before tax of around Rs 2.62 crore and a loss after tax of approximately Rs 2.87 crore, translating to negative basic and diluted EPS for the period. Total assets declined to Rs 26.94 crore from Rs 28.96 crore at March-end 2025, and operating cash flow was negative during the half year. The statutory auditor Kamlesh Rathod & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on the results.
A swing into losses driven by a large exceptional item, combined with negative operating cash flow, is a negative signal for shareholders and may weigh on the stock in the near term, though the clean auditor opinion and only a marginal revenue dip suggest the underlying business has not collapsed.
