Siyaram Recycling Industries reported strong growth for FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 51,155.84 lakhs from Rs. 41,298.84 lakhs in FY24, up about 24%. Profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs. 1,457.39 lakhs from Rs. 752.23 lakhs, a jump of roughly 94%. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 6.69 from Rs. 4.00. The company is a single-segment brass components maker for plumbing and sanitary parts. During the year, it raised Rs. 3,530.22 lakhs through a preferential share issue, fully utilised for working capital and general corporate purposes. The auditor (Kamlesh Rathod & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion. The board also approved reappointment of internal, secretarial, and cost auditors.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth is positive for shareholders, but operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs. (4,320.75) lakhs versus Rs. (420.57) lakhs last year, mainly due to a big jump in inventories and receivables. This means profits have not yet translated into cash, so investors should watch working capital trends closely.
