Siyaram Silk Mills reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,56,928.49 lakh (approx ₹2,569 crore) for FY26, up 15.7% from ₹2,22,031.86 lakh in FY25. Net profit after tax stood at ₹22,808.22 lakh (approx ₹228 crore), growing 14.8% YoY from ₹19,873.33 lakh. For the Q4 standalone quarter ended 31 March 2026, revenue was ₹85,260.29 lakh and net profit after tax was ₹9,460.37 lakh, both showing strong double-digit growth compared to the year-ago quarter. The Board declared a Special Interim Dividend of ₹4 per share (200% on face value of ₹2) on the occasion of the centenary birth anniversary of founder Late Shri Dharaprasad Podar. Additionally, a Final Dividend of ₹5 per share (250%) has been recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Basic EPS for FY26 standalone is ₹50.27.
Strong full-year performance with 15.7% revenue growth and 14.8% PAT growth signals healthy operational momentum. The special centenary dividend is a positive shareholder return signal and is unlikely to materially impact the stock given the company's profitability.
