The Board of Siyaram Silk Mills approved audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone Q4 FY25 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 736.08 crore (up ~29% YoY from Rs. 570.17 crore) with profit after tax of Rs. 72.45 crore (up ~58% YoY from Rs. 45.87 crore). For full year FY25, revenue stood at Rs. 2,220.32 crore vs Rs. 2,087.18 crore in FY24, while PAT grew to Rs. 198.73 crore from Rs. 184.67 crore. Standalone EPS for FY25 came in at Rs. 43.80 vs Rs. 39.98. The Board also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share (250%) on shares of face value Rs. 2, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, statutory, internal, cost and secretarial auditors were reappointed/appointed, and Shri Prakash Dalmia was named President – Finance. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong Q4 and full-year earnings growth, a healthy 250% final dividend declaration, and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders. The new senior management appointment and continued capex visible in the balance sheet suggest the company is investing for future growth, which could support the stock sentiment in the near term.
