Siyaram Silk Mills reported strong Q2 FY26 results with total income of ₹743 crores, up 18.1% year-on-year from ₹629 crores. EBITDA grew 31.1% to ₹145 crores, with margin expanding 193 basis points to 19.5% on better product mix and cost efficiencies. Profit after tax rose to ₹87 crores versus ₹68 crores in Q2 FY25, a growth of about 27% per the detailed table. For H1 FY26, total income stood at ₹1,143 crores (+19.1%), EBITDA at ₹177 crores (+22.7%), and PAT at ₹92 crores (+13.9%). The company added 9 new stores in Q2 (7 ZECODE and 2 DEVO), taking the total to 23 ZECODE and 12 DEVO outlets, keeping it on track for ~35 stores by FY26. Management cited festive season demand, recent GST rate cuts, and rising disposable incomes as positive tailwinds for the apparel segment going ahead.
Double-digit revenue and profit growth along with margin expansion reflect solid operating momentum, which is likely to be viewed positively by investors. Continued retail expansion and management's upbeat guidance on GST-led consumption boost could support near-term stock sentiment.
