Siyaram Silk Mills has published extracts of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31 March 2026, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. Standalone FY26 revenue grew ~16% year-on-year to ₹2,569 crore from ₹2,220 crore. Net profit after tax improved ~15% to ₹228 crore from ₹199 crore. EPS rose to ₹50.27 per share (face value ₹2) versus ₹43.80 in the prior year. The Board declared a special interim dividend of ₹4 per share (200%) to mark the centenary birth anniversary of founder Late Shri Dharaprasad Poddar, and also recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share (250%), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Strong full-year performance with double-digit revenue and profit growth signals a healthy operating environment. The special dividend announcement is a positive signal for retail shareholders and may support stock sentiment.
