SJS Enterprises delivered its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹2,601.2 mn in Q4 FY26, up 29.7% YoY, with EBITDA margins expanding to 30.3%. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 25.6% YoY to ₹9,550.7 mn, EBITDA rose 41.7% YoY to ₹2,879.6 mn (29.6% margin), and PAT increased 44.6% YoY to ₹1,718.0 mn. Exports hit a record ₹911.4 mn, up 60.5% YoY, contributing 9.5% of revenue, with a target to reach 14–15% by FY28. The company generated strong free cash flow of ₹1,426.6 mn, ending with a net cash position of ₹2,437.1 mn. New orders were secured from Mahindra, Suzuki, Bajaj Auto, Yamaha, Whirlpool, and others, while capacity expansions in Pune and Hosur are underway. ICRA upgraded the long-term rating to AA- (Positive). A final dividend of 35% of face value was declared.
SJS posted exceptional Q4 and FY26 results with strong margin expansion, robust cash generation, and a healthy order book covering over 85% of FY27 forecasted revenue. Management expects to outperform the underlying automotive industry by 1.5x to 2x in FY27, providing a positive outlook for shareholders.
