S.J.S. Enterprises filed its 20th AGM investor presentation held on July 16, 2025. FY25 consolidated revenue grew 21.1% YoY to Rs 7,604.9 Mn, EBITDA rose 27.1% to Rs 2,032 Mn with margin expanding to 26.4% (from 25.2%), and PAT jumped 39.2% to Rs 1,188.3 Mn. The company declared a final dividend of 25% of face value and reported a net cash position of Rs 992 Mn with an ICRA rating upgrade to AA- (Stable). Management outlined capex of ~Rs 185-190 Crs across Hosur (cover glass), Bangalore, and SJS Decoplast Pune, new customer wins in EV tractors (Findlay, Ohio) and global locations, and highlighted that kit value per PV is set to grow 3-4x from Rs 1,200-1,500 to Rs 3,500-5,000 driven by new-age aesthetic products.
Strong FY25 results with improving margins, robust cash generation, and a net cash balance sheet support continued capacity expansion and acquisitions. The new product pipeline and OEM wins in EVs/USA point to growth visibility, which should be positive for the stock despite higher capex commitments.
