SK Minerals & Additives has called its 2nd EGM on July 9, 2026 via video conferencing to seek shareholder approval for two items: (1) increasing authorised share capital from Rs.15 Crore to Rs.25 Crore, and (2) issuing up to 55 lakh convertible warrants at Rs.397 each (including Rs.387 premium) to promoter and non-promoter categories, potentially raising up to Rs.218.35 Crore. Promoter and promoter group will get 28 lakh warrants, non-promoters will get 27 lakh. 25 percent payment is upfront, balance due on conversion within 18 months.
If approved, potential dilution as up to 55 lakh shares may be added, while company could raise up to Rs.218 Cr for growth. Promoter stake likely to increase.
