SKF India's Board approved Q4 FY25 (unaudited) and full-year FY25 (audited) financial results. Standalone revenue from operations for FY25 rose to Rs. 4,919.9 crore (vs Rs. 4,570.1 crore in FY24), a ~7.7% YoY growth. Standalone net profit for FY25 stood at Rs. 565.8 crore (vs Rs. 551.8 crore), with EPS at Rs. 114.4 (vs Rs. 111.6). Q4 FY25 standalone net profit was Rs. 202.8 crore on revenue of Rs. 1,213.4 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 14.5 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Cash and cash equivalents fell sharply from Rs. 1,217.5 crore to Rs. 710.8 crore mainly due to a Rs. 642.7 crore dividend payout during the year.
Modest earnings growth with a steady dividend signals stable shareholder returns, though the significantly higher dividend payout compressed the cash balance. Clean audit opinion and consistent profitability should support investor confidence.
