With reference to our intimation dated 30th September 2025 informing the Stock Exchange(s) about the receipt of the certified copy of the Order ( Order ) of the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( Hon ble NCLT ) sanctioning the Scheme, we wish to inform you that the Scheme is made effective from today, i.e. 01st October 2025 by filing the certified copies of the Order by the Demerged Company and the Resulting Company with the Registrar of Companies, Pune vide Form INC-28.The Appointed Date is opening of business hours on 01st October 2025 (being the same date as Effective Date). The Company shall separately intimate the record date for the purposes of determining the entitlement of shareholders.
