SKIL Infrastructure reported near-zero revenue (Rs. 0.14 lakh) for Q3 FY25, with a net loss of Rs. 9.47 lakh. The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, following NCLT Mumbai order. A Resolution Professional has been appointed, and the Committee of Creditors was constituted in November 2025 after NCLAT vacated a stay. The financial results reflect a massive exceptional loss of Rs. 3,05,175.40 lakh on standalone (Rs. 2,60,445.26 lakh consolidated) due to 99.76% capital reduction of associate company Urban Infrastructure Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (UIHPL), approved by NCLT in March 2025. The company received Rs. 16,003.34 lakh from this reduction but the impairment of original investment resulted in the exceptional loss. The auditors issued a qualified conclusion citing multiple concerns including unresolved CIRP claims, inability to verify bank balances, unreconciled intercompany balances with subsidiary (Rs. 21.59 lakh unaccounted), and timing issues with deconsolidation of another subsidiary.
The stock remains suspended/inactive due to ongoing CIRP proceedings. The financial results show severe distress with negative reserves of Rs. 2,309.98 lakh and ongoing operational losses. Shareholders face extreme risk as the company's survival depends entirely on successful completion of the CIRP and approval of a resolution plan by NCLT.
